Branden's artwork Goddess are you real???
The little child whispered,
"Goddess, speak to me"
And the meadowlark sang.
But the child did not hear.
So the child yelled,
"goddess, speak to me!"
And the thunder rolled across the sky
But the child did not listen

The child looked around and said,
"Goddess let me see you"
And a star shone brightly
But the child did not notice.

And the child shouted,
"Goddess show me a miracle!"
And a life was born
But the child didn't know.
So the child cried out in despair,
"Touch me Goddess, and le me know you are there!"
Whereupon the Goddess reached down
And touched the child,
but the child brushed the butterfly away
And walked away unknowingly.

Thanks for the knowing
Your gentle touch that guides me
Your loving, maternal instinct
that 'shoves' me when I need it

Thanks for the knowing
Of subtleties that form the future
Of mistakes behind me...learned from

Thanks for the knowing
That the universe will take care of things
And the Goddess makes the energies flow

Thanks for the knowing
I can control some parts of my life
And She is always there with me
